At Bohemy Salon, we truly love children. However, to maintain a relaxing and professional environment for all our guests, we kindly ask that children not accompany you to your appointment.

Our salon space and waiting area are limited, and we don’t have accommodations for children to sit safely or comfortably. We want to ensure that every client is able to unwind and that your stylist can focus fully on your hair care needs.

If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide 48 hours’ notice during our business hours (Tuesday–Saturday).

• Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service.

• No-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

No refunds are available after services have been rendered.

Understanding that building a relationship with your stylist takes time, we ensure that every client has the opportunity to make adjustments within 72 hours of their service. At Bohemy, our priority is delivering the best end result for our clients, and we take pride in the ability to meet your unique needs and preferences. Non-Refundable Policy

• All hair extension purchases and installation services are non-refundable.

• Once hair has been ordered, it cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene and customization reasons.

• If you experience any concerns with your extensions, we offer a complimentary follow-up within 14 days to assess fit and comfort.

Deposit & Booking

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your extension appointment. This deposit will go toward the total cost of your service.

• Rescheduling requires at least 48 of notice. (review Cancelation Policy above)

Maintenance & Care

• Proper at-home care is essential for the longevity of your extensions. We provide professional guidance and recommended products to maintain your investment.

• Bohemy Salon is not responsible for improper care, damage due to external factors, or failure to follow the recommended maintenance schedule.

To ensure that you love your new look, we offer a complimentary extension adjustment within two weeks of your new install or reinstall. Simply schedule an appointment with the stylist who performed your service. In the event that you can’t wait for your stylist, you have the option to choose another stylist for an adjustment fee of $25. Please note that after the initial two weeks, all adjustments will be subject to a $25 fee. It’s important to understand that we cannot be held responsible for slipping or corner popping caused by improper home care. Additionally, any buildup, damage, or issues arising from at-home care or services obtained from another salon are not our responsibility.

If you are cleansing your hair in hard water, iron or other minerals can build up, discolor, or fade your hair.

Bohemy Salon is not responsible for any buildup, discoloration, or fading of hair or hair extensions caused by hard water. If you are experiencing dull or brassy tones in your hair, this could be due to mineral buildup. Such buildup may limit the color choices available for both hair color and extensions.

“Hard water in the hair”

refers to a buildup of minerals like calcium and magnesium from hard water that can accumulate on the hair shaft, causing dryness, dullness, tangles, difficulty styling, and even damage to the hair due to the residue left behind, making it feel rough and brittle; essentially, hard water can negatively impact the overall health and appearance of your hair.

Key points about hard water and hair:

Mineral buildup:

The primary issue with hard water is the mineral deposits it leaves on hair, making it difficult for shampoo to properly cleanse. Signs of hard water damage: Dryness, frizz, tangles, lack of shine, breakage, color fading, and difficulty holding styles. “Iron hard water” in the hair means that high levels of iron minerals present in your water supply are depositing on your hair strands, potentially causing a reddish tint, dryness, and a dull appearance due to the buildup of iron particles, often noticeable in people with lighter hair colors; this is commonly referred to as “iron buildup” on hair.

Key points about iron hard water and hair:

Color change: Iron can give hair a reddish or brassy tone, especially on blonde hair, due to the iron deposits accumulating on the hair shaft. Dryness and brittleness: High iron content in water can leave hair feeling dry and brittle, as the minerals can disrupt the hair’s natural moisture balance.

Well water concern:

This issue is often prevalent with well water, which can naturally contain higher levels of iron.
