The days before hair….. What motivated me to change what I was doing at the time. I was bored and sitting at a desk. I did admin work for a property management company but my back ground was service industry. Being a hair stylist came easy to me. I was excited that I found my craft! Connecting with people through beauty. I love travel & things that inspire me. I relocated to sunny Florida in 2005. My favorite services are lived in color, highlight, cut, Invisible Bead / Habit hand tied hair extensions & Brazilian Blow Out. Certified in Brazilian Blow Out. Which is a huge time saver in dry time and frizz free hair. With the humidity in Florida you can't go wrong with this smoothing treatment..

Behind the Name
After searching for months of something that would fit. My web designer & I had a morning chat. She had sent me a word play sheet.
I started filling it out and came up with Bohemian & Alchemy. Which was already in use for a salon name. So I married the two names together and came up with BOHEMY. I looked up the meaning of both words and found that this would be a great fit.
Then added some descriptive words that would play a part in my everyday service. hair- soul - beauty.
Bohemian: a person, esp. an artist, poet, etc.
Alchemy: any process of transforming or combining elements into something new.
